As an Industrial Designer at Bluemark Promotions, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing our product range.

You will be responsible for creating aesthetically pleasing, functional, and marketable designs that meet the needs and expectations of our customers.

Your expertise in utilizing software such as Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, and Fusion 360/Solidworks will be essential in translating concepts into tangible, manufacturable products.

Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, engineering, and marketing, you will ensure seamless product development from ideation to production.

• Develop creative and innovative design concepts for home décor and corporate gifting products, considering market trends, customer preferences, and manufacturing constraints.
• Create detailed 2D and 3D product designs using industrystandard software such as Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, and Fusion 360/Solidworks.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure designs are technically feasible and optimized for efficient production.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis of market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to inform the design process.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and design reviews to generate new ideas and improve existing products.
• Produce comprehensive design specifications, including materials, dimensions, and manufacturing instructions, to facilitate seamless production.
• Create prototypes and conduct product testing to validate design concepts and gather user feedback for iterative improvements.
• Work closely with the marketing team to create visually appealing product presentations and marketing materials.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, manufacturing technologies, and software tools to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Industrial Designer of 12 years, preferably in the home décor or gifting industry.
• Proficient in software such as Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, and Fusion 360/Solidworks for 2D and 3D design.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Excellent creative thinking and problemsolving abilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
• Attention to detail and ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously.
• Portfolio showcasing previous design work and ability to demonstrate a strong design aesthetic.
