As the Executive Administrative Assistant to our CEO, you will be at the heart of our leadership team, ensuring the seamless functioning of our executive office.
Your key responsibilities will include:

Strategic Schedule Management: Expertly plan, organize, and manage the CEO's monthly, weekly, and daily schedule. Your ability to balance competing demands and priorities will be instrumental in optimizing our CEO's time.

Communication Maestro: Manage the CEO's communication with internal and external stakeholders. You'll be the gatekeeper of information flow, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and maintaining confidentiality.

Project Coordination: Keep a vigilant eye on critical projects, workflows, and tasks that the CEO is driving with both internal and external stakeholders. Your keen project management skills will help ensure successful outcomes.

Ad-hoc Support: Be prepared to tackle a variety of administrative tasks as they arise. Your adaptability and resourcefulness will be a key asset in handling unexpected challenges.
What We're Looking For:
To excel in this role, you must bring:
Executive Experience: Proven experience and expertise as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant supporting CxOs in fast-paced, dynamic environments, preferably in start-ups or high-growth companies.
Master Organizer: An excellent planner and organizer who thrives on attention to detail and can adeptly prioritize tasks, even in ambiguous situations.

Communication Excellence: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey the CEO's vision and directives.

Interpersonal Savvy: The ability to build relationships and rapport with key stakeholders with ease. Your interpersonal skills will facilitate seamless collaboration across the organization.
