About EdYoda:


Role & Responsibilities:


  • Manage live online programs conducted at EdYoda
  • Ensure zero session cancellations and a great learning experience for learners.
  • Manage a team of Teaching Assistants, enabling them to solve learners' queries.
  • Help the Customer Success team and Customer Support team to resolve learner queries.
  • Manage the online portal for the programs.
  • Drive Learner Success by providing uninterrupted highquality live sessions.
  • Ensure achievement of daily/ weekly/ monthly goals.
