Curriculum Development:


  • Design and develop a comprehensive and uptodate curriculum for MERN Stack training programs.
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements to ensure the curriculum remains relevant and effective.

Training Delivery:


  • Conduct engaging and informative training sessions on MERN Stack technologies.
  • Provide handson coding exercises and realworld projects to reinforce learning.

Individual and Group Coaching:


  • Offer personalized assistance to participants, addressing their specific questions and challenges.
  • Facilitate group discussions and collaborative learning opportunities.

Technical Support:


  • Provide technical support to participants during and after the training sessions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to MERN Stack development.

Code Review:


  • Review and provide constructive feedback on participants' code to help them improve their coding skills and best practices.

Assessment and Evaluation:


  • Develop and administer assessments to evaluate participants' understanding and proficiency in MERN Stack development.
  • Provide feedback on participants' progress and areas for improvement.

Documentation:


  • Create and maintain documentation for training materials, including guides, tutorials, and reference materials.
  • Document best practices and coding standards in MERN Stack development.

Stay Informed:


  • Keep abreast of the latest developments in MERN Stack technologies and related tools.
  • Continuously update training materials to reflect the most recent industry standards.

Collaboration:


  • Collaborate with other trainers, developers, and stakeholders to enhance the overall training program.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute insights to improve the training process.

Feedback and Improvement:


  • Collect feedback from participants to identify areas for improvement in the training program.
  • Iteratively enhance training materials and methods based on feedback and evolving industry standards.

Mentoring:


  • Offer mentorship to aspiring MERN Stack developers, guiding them in their learning journey and career development.

Professional Development:


  • Pursue continuous professional development in MERN Stack technologies and instructional methodologies.

Salary:
₹8, ₹15,000.00 per month
