    Specialist - Business have (work experience): 3 to 7 years of experience in a similar role (Candidates with less than 3 years of experience please do not apply.)



    Key Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Utilize business intelligence tools and data analysis techniques to extract, transform, and analyze data from various sources.
    • Create and design reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that provide insights into key business metrics and performance indicators.
    • Create semantic data models with dimensions, facts and relationships to build a robust business intelligence reporting environment.
    • Collaborating with data team for the purpose of data collection, dashboard design and enhance existing business intelligence platforms.
    • Develop and maintain a library of standardized reports and templates for SALIC business units and stakeholders.
    • Customize reports to meet specific departmental or project requirements.
    • Use data visualization tools to present complex data in a clear and visually appealing manner, making it accessible to nontechnical stakeholders.
    • Interpret data trends and patterns to provide actionable insights and recommendations to support decisionmaking.
    • Creating and maintaining documentation that includes the design, requirements and user manuals for the organization
    • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing data validation and quality checks.
    • Adhere to data governance and security policies to protect sensitive or confidential Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Data Science, Information Technology or similar fields.
    • Extensive experience in business intelligence and data visualization tools preferably in Microsoft Power BI.
    • Familiar with relational (MySQL) databases and able to construct complex queries.
    • Familiar with using Python to manipulate data and visualize insights.
    • Fair understanding of data warehouse, ETL and ELT
    • Experience supporting and working with crossfunctional teams in a dynamic environment.
    • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
