Accounts Associate

Experience: 3 to 5 years

Job description
You will be the first person in the market and really a pioneer.


You shall be responsible for:

  • Preparing monthly journal entries, reconciles general ledger accounts monthly, and conducts necessary account analysis and research.
  • Preparing balance sheet reconciliation accurately and timely.
  • Preparing journal entries to record intercompany charges, depreciation and amortization, and bills / reconciles intercompany accounts monthly and corrects variances.

About you:


  • Bachelor degree in accounting / finance or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in general accounting
  • Proficiency with ERPs, word processing and spreadsheets (MS Excel) required
  • Proficiency in PeopleSoft and Excel preferred
  • Accounting under IFRS (International Accounting Standards) and GAAP
  • Public accounting experience
  • Must be flexible in regards to operating hours.
