Key Responsibilities

  • 2+ years of working in Cognos Report Studio
  • Need to create standard, List & crosstab reports using Report Studio and Query studio
  • Need to create Cascading prompts, Value & date/time prompts
  • Need to create drill through reports.
  • Need Experience in writing SQL queries using MS-SQL & DB
  • Need Experience in SSIS packages
  • Ability to work in an agile environment
  • Experience working with all aspects of the SDLC workflow.

Skills

  • Demonstrated technical knowledge of Cognos Report Studio and SQL
  • Excellent understanding of Microsoft SQL Server and DB
  • Must be familiar with MSSQL server tools (SSIS/Integration, SSRS/Reporting)
  • Must be proficient with creating and modifying SSIS packages.
  • Familiarity with scheduling reports
  • Familiarity with Open Database Connectivity (ODBC) usage
  • Familiarity with MSSQL and DB
  • Familiarity with basic Java development
  • Good to have Cognos Framework Modelling.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
