Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way

Work with the board of directors to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals

Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency

Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company

Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations
:

Coordinates with marketing and sales departments to determine pricing, timing, and number of sales promotions, and products to be sold
:

Support worker communication with the management team
:

-
Find ways to increase quality of customer service
:

Review Sales team on monthly basis
:

-
Check and sign off invoices, monitor expenses related to administrations
:

-
Manage and resolve any administrative problems
:

Submit timely reports and prepare internal memos / presentations / Proposals as assigned

Oversees the shipping and receiving functions
:

Coordinates with other support departments such as human resources, finance, and logistics to ensure successful operations

Not limited to the above mentioned you will be assigned responsibilities in discretion of the management.

Salary:

₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
