Job description

  • Assistant Production Supervisor
  • Manufacture the allocated product volumes according to quality requirements
  • Meet the delivery timelines with lowest possible cost
  • Optimization of Productivity efficiency by Continuous Improvement projects with latest Technologies, Innovation, Automation & competence development
  • Ensure products are manufactured with the highest quality processes
  • Prepare/compile production documents (e.g., calendars, tally reports and schedules)
  • Works along with other shift supervisors on projects in development and production
  • Must take charge when necessary to evaluate workflow, tasks and potential problems
  • Analyses wastage and energy consumption. Uses continuous development project to minimize the consumptions
  • Efficient coordination in managing human resources
  • Any other tasks that a Production Incharge may be required to carry out within the overall production and larger business objectives of the plant
  • Knowledge in Six Sigma and Tally ERP is an added advantage

Job requirements

  • 2+ years of Chemical Production experience
  • Experience working with large teams
  • Willingness to travel to Sriperumbudur plant
  • Diploma holders can also apply.
