The primary purpose of this role is to provide production support to the MuleSoft platforms
MuleSoft support activities include installation, configuration, monitoring, space management, database backup and recovery, and design disaster recovery procedures
Tune performance of any code that has issues

Prepare scripts to automate administration tasks
Research and development of automation for administration tasks involving local and cloud base topology.

Experience in Performance Tuning and Optimization, using native monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
Analyze daytoday production issues; work on code fixes to resolve issues
Work on the User Incidents, which are submitted by the Business teams and deliver it before the SLA breaches
Analyze the bottlenecks in existing system and fine tune the long running jobs and implement Continuous Service Improvements into the systems
Working on the enhancements and production break fixes
Responsible for the change management process including RFC creation, migration activities and back out changes if needed
Support the planned outages, platform upgrades, any other maintenance activities
Work with development team on the ongoing issues and upcoming releases and data quality issues
Participate in code review meetings with development team impacted stakeholders before pushing the changes to production environment
Adapting to new skills as per the business needs
Working with the upstream partners in case of issues and communicating the same with downstream partners if it is affecting the batch SLA
Deliver required documentation for build and support responsibilities, including architecture and data flow diagrams
Work on the nonproduction activities like code refresh, data refresh, environment setup etc.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree (Engineering/MCA)

Required Qualifications
years of experience in production support on MuleSoft platforms

Good knowledge on SQL concepts
Experience in handling Mule setup in Linux
Strong knowledge on performance tuning
Exposure in Control M enterprise scheduling
Good business communication skills
Strong understanding of retail technology and supporting business processes
Strong analytical creative problemsolving capabilities
Demonstrate ability to work as a team player; thinking outside the box, encouraging group consensus and recommending the best solution.
Proven ability to work in a fastpaced environment, meet deadlines and perform at high standards
Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to work effectively with all levels of the organization and geographically distributed teams including onshore
