Responsibilities:

Become the trusted advisor: Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers and shippers, understanding their needs and exceeding expectations.

Master the logistics: Coordinate shipments from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and smooth operations.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the freight brokerage industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- The ability to thrive in a fastpaced, demanding environment.
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and laws is a must.
- A Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
