We are hiring Civil Construction Supervisor


A Civil Construction Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.

They manage a team of workers and subcontractors, assigning tasks and monitoring progress.

The supervisor interprets blueprints, implements project plans, and maintains communication with stakeholders, including engineers, architects, and clients.

They enforce safety protocols, identify potential risks, and take corrective actions as needed.

The role demands strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills to effectively manage resources and resolve any on-site issues.


Civil Construction Supervisors play a vital role in ensuring the successful execution of projects, adhering to industry regulations and delivering high-quality infrastructure that meets the client's requirements.

Salary:
₹12, ₹24,000.00 per month
