Job Description:


Your team


The Controlling Team Europe focus in partnering, supporting and controlling the Region Europe business in order to achieve the financial targets in line with the business strategy.


This is achieved by working closely with business departments, providing financial information, tools, analysis and insight to executives and senior managers, challenging their thinking, helping them make more informed decisions based on numbers.


The Controlling Team Europe aim is to provide/deliver analysis and insight that links financial reports to business strategies as well as to provide effective processes to ensure key operational and financial targets are achieved.


Your mission
As Business Controller CTO Europe you will contribute on following tasks:

  • Financial controlling of the CTO Europe business including budget/forecast, actual, deviations, actions
  • Spending controlling with focus on external costs and internal FTEs
  • CAPEX reporting and controlling
  • Monthly capacity reporting and controlling
  • Support in ad hoc analysis (e.g. supply/demand and chargeability)

Qualifications:


What you need

  • Degree qualifications in Business Administration / Economics
  • 24 years of relevant working experience
  • Strong quantitative abilities and excellent written and oral communication skills (English fluent)

You will get extra points for the following

  • SAP and Business Intelligence proficiency is a strong plus
  • Strategic thinker with an analytical mindset
