Associate sales consultants (ASC)

Job Description:
(Only Female Can Apply)-


  • Devising strategies for promoting and selling products or services to the leads given by the company.
  • Recommending products and services while ensuring customer requirements are met.
  • No cold calling or Random calling.
  • Selling of Products from Interested leads only.

Debt Recovery Agent (DRA)

Job Description:
-


  • Developing debt collection strategies and plans.
  • Contacting debtors by telephone to enact and negotiate debt recovery.
  • Keeping hard copy and electronic records of all communications, payment plans agreed to, and amounts paid.
  • Initiating legal and repossession proceedings if debt recovery fails.
  • Collaborating on debt collection efforts with Accounts, Sales, and the Legal Department.

Quality Analyst (QA)

Job Description:
-


  • Analyzing and monitoring the performance of products.
  • Developing and implementing test plans for product defects.
  • Helping maintain the quality of products.
  • To conduct regular Feedback sessions for Agents.

Customer Relationship (CRT)

Job Description:
-


  • Building and maintain profitable relationships and overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team.
  • Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
  • Epanding the customer base by upselling and crossselling.
  • Conducting business reviews using CRM programs.
  • Knowing your competition and strategizing accordingly.

Skills Required:


  • Should have very good convincing and selling skills.
  • Should have good English Communication skills.
  • Should be very confident, smart and presentable.
  • Energy level should be high.
