Job Summary:
The Nurse Officer of Life Circle plays a crucial role in providing high-quality care to seniors by bridging the seniors and the home healthcare workers.
Key Responsibility:
Placement and replacement of home health worker. Collecting Google feedback. Patient Care plan preparing and updating. Patient - Client relationship management. Care giver relationship management.
Assessment, enrollment and patient visits.
Payment collection.
Willingness to visit patients home, 2 wheeler preferred.
Qualification:
GNM/ BSC Nursing
Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
