  • The Scrum Master will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software products within the specified timelines.

You will:
Be part of a team that solves business problems which involve:

  • Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.
  • Foster a collaborative and selforganizing team culture, encouraging continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Act as a bridge between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication to align with project goals.
  • Identify and eliminate impediments that hinder the team's progress, promoting a smooth and efficient development process.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to team members on Agile and Scrum principles, ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Monitor and report on key Agile metrics to track team progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, fostering an environment where the team reflects on its performance and adapts accordingly.
  • Proactively identify and address potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or quality.
  • Work with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize and plan upcoming sprints, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Maintain and update relevant Agile documentation, including user stories, sprint backlogs, and release plans.

Good experience of:


  • Experience with software development methodologies beyond Agile/Scrum (e.g., Kanban, Lean), MIRO.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
  • Project management skills and familiarity with project management tools.
  • Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with industry trends.

Essential Education/Qualification:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or similar Agile certification.
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master in IT projects.
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and influence crossfunctional teams.
  • Knowledge of Agile tools like JIRA, Trello and frameworks.
