Individual Contributor
Have to build a data base of recruiters PAN India.
Parallel find the business opportunity for these profiles within the industry.
Plan for deputing the recruiters at clients place.
Expertise in handling end to end process of identifying, sourcing and deputing.
Should be a good marketer in finding the business opportunity available in the industry.
