Civil Site Supervisor Position. Our sites are in Thane, Mulund & Kalyan.

Qualification -Diploma / B-Tech degree holder

Experience -: 3 to 5 years

Salary - 25k to 30k (Negotiable)

JOB RESPONSIBILITY -

Site Execution, Labour Management, Site Handling, Checklist of different RCC members, Site Management
To inspect the work on the site according to G.F.C. drawing as per client and architect.
Use of auto level in leveling & contouring
Problem solving techniques, controlling and monitoring Nonconfirmities (NCR) and surveillance report.
Played a major role in layout work (centre line and brickwork
Work done as per BOQ
Manage vendors & Subcontractors, rate analysis & billing
Daily progress of working report, details of material, client complaints, labours working report.
Fixing granite wet cladding, dry cladding & flooring
Water proofing (with chemical & geotêxtile membrane)
Building RCC work such as foundation, gradebeam, tiebeam, columns, roofslab and CMU wall, plastering works and architectural finishes, steel fixing, post tension, leveling shuttering etc as per drawing
Civil work such as a Rebar, Form Works, concrete placement for vessels, Tank and equipment foundation, Culvert, channels, Ditches, etc.,
Landescape work / earth work and control the quality of work
Checking the quality of each and every work before and after execution of work
Ensure the safety is strictly adhered to at site.
Permit to work issuing and coordination of permit to get approval from client HSE Department (hot work, cold work, confined space etc) prior to start any activities.
Arrangement of manpower, equipment, material etc.
Checking and review of costs proposal for the items submitted by contractor, Subcontractor for their price quantities and valuation of variable order
