We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven FMCG Sales Representative to join our team.

As an FMCG Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) products to customers.


Responsibilities:


  • Actively seek out new customers and establish relationships to promote and sell our FMCG products.
  • Present, demonstrate, and explain the features and benefits of our products to potential customers.
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives by effectively managing the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring timely delivery of orders.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to develop sales strategies and achieve company goals.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to track performance and provide insights for improvement.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends, product knowledge, and market developments to effectively communicate with customers.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in FMCG sales or a similar role, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive skills to effectively sell products and close deals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced sales environment.
  • Must have laptop

Pay:
₹40, ₹80,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus
