Description
Minimum 1 year of hospital Reception experience is preferred.**Roles and Responsibilities
- Providing the information about the OPD & hospital services on phone & in person.
- Attending Incoming & Outgoing calls with proper etiquettes and maintaining records for them and
- Greeting and assisting patients at Fertility centre
- Scheduling the appointments for services & consultation
- Registration of the patients
- OPD billing for service voucher, consultation voucher & procedure voucher's
- Collection of the payment
- Handling grievances related to billing.
- Cancellations & Rescheduling of appointments for consultation & services
- Giving the information to the patient about the preinvestigation steps to be followed e.g. drink water, empty stomach, overnight fasting etc.
- Informing the patient about the time of report delivery & Location to collect the report
- Maintaining the record of vouchers, registration forms and other documents.
- Coordinating with various Nursing Staff, Housekeeping, F & B, Customer care, Maintenance, Admission & Billing, PCA, Pharmacy for smooth flow for the movement of Patient & their relatives
- Keeping track for major Complaints which are not resolved by C.C.E.
- Personalized Healthcare Services to OPD Patients
- Handling Front Desk
- Taking care of all arrangement for office events and conferences / meetings
- Minimum 1 year of hospital Reception experience
- Preferred who can join immediately
Salary:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
