A Field Sales Executive is a professional who is responsible for selling products or services directly to customers in various geographic areas, rather than from a fixed location like a store or office.

Their primary role involves traveling to meet potential clients, building relationships, and generating sales for the company.

Identifying potential clients and leads within the assigned territory or market segment.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients. This involves understanding their needs, providing product/service information, and addressing any concerns they might have.

Delivering persuasive and informative presentations about the company's products or services to potential clients. These presentations highlight the benefits and features of the offerings.

Negotiating terms, prices, and contracts with customers to reach mutually beneficial agreements.

Converting leads into sales by effectively addressing objections, providing solutions, and showcasing the value of the products or services.

Staying informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to better tailor sales strategies and offerings.

Meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas set by the company.

Keeping accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and maintaining a sales pipeline. This information is often reported to sales managers or higher-ups.

Attending industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand the network and identify potential leads.


Developing a deep understanding of the products or services being sold in order to effectively communicate their benefits to potential clients.

Traveling within the assigned geographic area to meet clients, attend meetings, and perform sales-related activities.

Providing feedback to the company about customer preferences, market conditions, and competitor insights.

Requires strong interpersonal skills, effective communication abilities, a self-motivated attitude, and the ability to work independently.

They need to be adaptable to changing situations, as they may encounter various challenges while working in different locations and dealing with diverse clients.

Total Experience : 1-2 Years


Salary:
Up to ₹20,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Guwahati, Assam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

Experience:

  • English,Hindi,Assamese (preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
