    Role Description

    RST Solutions is seeking a full-time UI Path/RPA Developer to join our team in Noida. As a UI Path/RPA Developer, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining RPA software applications using UI Path and other RPA tools. You may use .NET, C#, Java or any other programming language, as deemed necessary for a given project.

    Qualifications

    • Immediate Joiner
    • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
    • 3+ years of experience in UI Path Development, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and Automation Anywhere.
    • Experience developing software in .NET, C#, Java, and other programming languages, as deemed necessary for a given project.
    • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and debugging skills.
    • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
    • Experience with Agile methodology and scrum.
    • Ability to communicate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Excellent attention to detail, time management and organizational skills.
    • Self-starter and ability to work independently.
    • Familiarity with OCR solutions and other automation tools.
    • Experience with databases, SQL, and data integration techniques.
