Role & Responsibilities:

You will guide learners through their queries and help them with their problems.
Ensure SLA Compliance for all customer queries on Support Desk.
Expand internal query knowledge base documentation.
Drive Learner Success by providing consistent support and delight.
Ensure achievement of daily/ weekly/ monthly CSAT goals.
