Hiring for IT Recruiter

Salary-20 k to 35 k

Location-Bommanahalli,Roopene Agrahara

Experience -1 to 3 years


Requirements and skills

  • Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter
  • Handson experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skypeand structured)
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for Non
  • IT roles
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
  • Any degree

Salary:
₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
