Description
Coordinate with Govt. Departments for building Fire NOC, Fire Licence etc.

  • Responsible regarding implementation of Safety Standards.
  • Conduct internal Fire Safety Audit and Electrical Safety Audit at a regular interval to evaluate the effectiveness of Fire Safety Training and processes, identify potential risks and implement improvements.
  • Ensure high quality of work at a job site with a variety of documentation on any given Fire related project including: Testing, Training, Implementation, change orders, Purchase Orders and subcontracts.
  • Operation and Maintenance of Hydrant, Hosereel and Sprinklers System, Refilling of Fire Extinguisher, PPE Set, Suppression System, Fire Pump operation, Different types of Detectors, Repeater panel, Response Indicator, Emergency Illumination, Safety Signages, PA System, Pressurization System etc.
  • Monthly & Weekly Inspection of Fire Doors, Occupant Area, FHC, Yard Hydrant, Fire Exit stair, Fire Lift, Fire Alarm system, Ventilation System, Refuge Area, Kitchen Area etc. and all records documented.
  • Conduct Training, Evacuation/Mock Drill & Supervision of Fire and Safety training programs for all levels of safety protection in regular interval.
  • Ensure a crew of trained firemen shall be engaged round the clock for the safety of the buildings.
  • Assist in the investigation of circumstances and causes of Accidents (HIRA & RCA) and take necessary steps to prevent a recurrence.
  • Preparing and arranging work permit in the organization.
  • Prepare regular reports on Fire Safety and statutory compliance for presentation to the Management.

₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month

Experience:


  • Fire & Safety in
