Job Description

  • Exp. In Project / program management tools.
  • Good experience of the various methodologies (E.g. Waterfall and Agile)
  • Potentially lead and coach small teams or junior PMO analyst
  • Mandate :Budgeting and Finance Exp.
  • Mandate :Stakeholder Management
  • End to end Project Management Life cycle
  • Good to have Service Now Exp.
  • Good Communication
  • Proficient in MS-Office tools
  • Understanding of complex, IT landscapes with diverse technologies supporting end to end business processes in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Managing multiple delivery priorities and multiple demand requests.
  • Working with multiple stakeholder groups in various internal organizations
  • Create "Project Financial Cost Tracker" based on inputs from PM
  • Monthly update and track the "Project Financial Cost tracker" based on Spotfire Reports
  • Create and manage PR/PO's
  • Manage, followup and validate Invoices (based on PM's inputs)

Responsibilities:


  • Work with the Service Delivery Team to understand their portfolio,business strategy, prioritization, etc. to facilitate quality servicedelivery.
  • Work with IT Global Program Management Office and cross functionalPMOs to define the approach
  • Provide executive visibility to project, program, portfolio andfunctional level status, issues, risks, costs, etc.
  • Provide information to IT Global Program Management Office sodemand, financials, service and project delivery can be aggregated tothe enterprise level
  • Assist with FY Plan and Outlook activities
  • Monitor and report on actual and projected spend to demonstratefunction operates within FY Plan/Outlook function, portfolio andprogram/project levels.
  • Assist in the implementation and embedding of process, methods andbest practice into service delivery activities for the function,including project management, financial management, resource management,etc.
  • Improve communications, content and transparency of information withkey customers
To qualify for the role you must have

  • Degree at university level
  • English language skills excellent written and verbal communication
  • 3+ years of experience, including demonstrated project managementand financial management experience
  • End to end understanding of IT life cycle (pipeline, resource,demand, project delivery, financial)
  • Experience in endtoend financial management plan,forecast, actual function, portfolio and program/project levels
  • Very good understanding of service delivery related key performanceindicators
  • Project delivery experience in a similar IT environment
  • Experience working in a global IT environment
  • Business Analytic skills
  • Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities,ambiguity and rapid change
  • Customer orientation and responsiveness
  • Ability to deal efficiently with escalations and difficultsituations/people under pressure
  • Outstanding selfmanagement, influence management, informationpresentation and interpersonal, communication
