We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Sales & Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our IT products and services to businesses and individual clients.

You will play a vital role in driving revenue growth, building customer relationships, and implementing effective marketing strategies to reach our target audience.


Responsibilities:


  • Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, and use this information to develop targeted marketing strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their IT requirements and provide suitable solutions.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our IT products and services.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
  • Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams, including product development, technical support, and customer service, to ensure seamless sales processes and superior customer experience.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, both online and offline, to create brand awareness, generate leads, and support the sales team.
  • Stay updated with the latest IT products, services, and industry trends, and effectively communicate these updates to clients.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, track sales activities, and provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Continuously identify areas for improvement and make datadriven decisions to enhance sales and marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

2+ years of proven experience as an IT Sales & Marketing Executive or similar role.

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a successful track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Indepth knowledge of IT products and services, including hardware, software, cloud solutions, and emerging technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and sales forecasting.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Selfmotivated, resultsdriven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Prior experience in the IT industry or selling IT solutions is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and marketing automation tools is a plus.

Salary:
₹216, ₹450,000.00 per year
