Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Sales & Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team.In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our IT products and services to businesses and individual clients.
You will play a vital role in driving revenue growth, building customer relationships, and implementing effective marketing strategies to reach our target audience.
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, and use this information to develop targeted marketing strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their IT requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our IT products and services.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
- Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams, including product development, technical support, and customer service, to ensure seamless sales processes and superior customer experience.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, both online and offline, to create brand awareness, generate leads, and support the sales team.
- Stay updated with the latest IT products, services, and industry trends, and effectively communicate these updates to clients.
- Prepare sales forecasts, track sales activities, and provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Continuously identify areas for improvement and make datadriven decisions to enhance sales and marketing effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2+ years of proven experience as an IT Sales & Marketing Executive or similar role.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a successful track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Indepth knowledge of IT products and services, including hardware, software, cloud solutions, and emerging technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and sales forecasting.
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
- Selfmotivated, resultsdriven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Prior experience in the IT industry or selling IT solutions is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM software and marketing automation tools is a plus.
Salary:
₹216, ₹450,000.00 per year
