Sales & Marketing for GPS based School Bus Tracking System

  • Responsible for Sales & Marketing techniques for achieving and exceeding the sales target
  • Managing existing clients, Identify and appoint new clients, monitor the channel partner network, implement strategies to achieve sales objectives and targets.
  • Monitor sales to follow consumer purchase trends
  • Address partner related issues, sales conflicts and pricing issues in a timely manner.
  • Identification of new channel partners, profiling and screening.
  • Prepare report on major competitors' strengths/weaknesses for planning purposes.
  • Giving Demonstrations to the end customers.
  • Maintain a constant surveillance on competitors' activities to ensure that the organization is ahead of the competition.
