Designing and Drafting of Structures (Steel and R.C.C).

• Well versed in Design, Drafting and Planning of P.E.B structures.
• Design and Drafting of P.E.B Structures.
• Planning and determining the dimensions and specifications (Roof slope, Gradient, Allround width considerations) of buildings depending on the site conditions and Technical demands.
• Designing and drafting of Sump tank, Fire sump, S.T.P, Internal and external Hydrant design, Sprinkler Design, Fire defense systems (with flow calculations), Panel rooms, Parking layouts, Recreational Facilities, Mezzanine Floor designs, Pump rooms, Internal Cranes, Processing Layouts. Blue prints, Road design and alignment, Master Plans, Etc. Buildings upto 12 Lakh in area (one unit); Layouts up to 400 Acres (one unit).
• Multiple Ware house projects (Steel and R.C.C) up to 150 Lakh Sq. ft in Total
• Building Planning, Layout Planning and Master Plans.
• Bridge of 500m and 45m Span.
• Design and Drafting of Super passage.
• Preparation of longitudinal sections for bridges and approach roads. Design and drafting of Piers, Abutments and Deck slabs. Estimation of quantities and Preparation Bills (Rate analysis)
• Preparing Site layout, Plumbing drawings, Electrical layouts, Planning fire efense system drawings and flow calculations, Storm water calculations, Preparing Blue prints, B.O.Q, Rate analysis and Bills.
• Attend and participate in Client meetings.
