    Description

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Details Checking and Posting of all types of invoices at entity and site level in MS - Excel and Tally.
    • Follow up with respective departments to give reasons for open PO / WO and closing down the same where not required or duplicate PO / WO.
    • Attending all the queries of the In-patients and their relatives or guest regarding the discharge and final bill amount in the hospital.
    • To process requests received by the team and produce bills to the customer.

    Desired Candidate Profile

    • Experience with Billing process with Contractual Knowledge.
    • Posting of Entries in Tally.
    • Excellent communication skills, Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Experience with QuickBooks preferred,Research and analyse financial reports.
    • Sound Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word , Excel , PPT)
    • Urgently require a female candidate who will responsible for receiving and sorting incoming payments with attention to credibility.
