Customer Support Associate (CSA)

Aus Care & Aus Tech Support

Job role :
Managing customer queries on calls.


Location :
Malad, Mumbai

Shift window : 24*7 / Graveyard Shifts (5 days working)

Age Limit : 18 to 44 years

Salary : 21 to 36k inhand (30% hike depending upon the last inhand salary)


Eligibility:


  • Only HSC or Graduates
  • Experienced with minimum 1year in BPO
  • Fluency in Verbal English is required.
  • Typing speed : 25WPM with 85% accuracy
  • 1 Year International Voice Experience is Mandatory
