Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Develop high-quality, creative, and impactful content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

Research and Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging platforms, and content marketing best practices. Use this knowledge to create content that resonates with our target audience.

Audience Understanding: Conduct research to understand our target audience, their preferences, and online behavior. Tailor content to effectively engage and connect with the intended audience.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure consistency in messaging and brand identity. Collaborate on integrated marketing campaigns.

Editing and Proofreading: Review and edit content for clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines. Ensure all content is error-free and aligns with the company's voice and tone.

Social Media Management:Assist in the day-to-day management of social media platforms, including scheduling posts and engaging with the audience.

Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of social media content. Use insights to refine content strategies and improve engagement metrics.

Qualifications:

Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

Writing Skills: Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Ability to convey ideas in a clear and concise manner.

Social Media Savvy: Demonstrated understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

Creativity: Ability to think creatively and generate innovative content ideas.

Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.
