Description

The Engineer would be responsible for project planning, monitoring and control for Building Automation projects off-shore and on-shore.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute/ handle project deployments independently
Project and Resource planning
Plan and conduct meetings with different groups and stake holders to arrange support
Monitor and track activities
Escalation of issues to get them resolved
Review inputs, ensure Scope clarity and map customer expectations in actual deliverables.
Need to groom other Engineers on specific tasks.
Ensure quality & specs compliances of deliverables for projects.
Ability to support multiple product deployments and do multitasking.
Identify possible improvement opportunities in processes and standards and drives them to be a part of the project execution
Ensure end to end project close out.
Shall able to work with end customers/dealers, ensures customer satisfaction exceeds the expectations.
Reporting Alignment with Lead Engineer/Technical Manager

Experience:

6+ year's Experience in one/more of the following industries: HVAC, Process Control, BMS,etc.
Independently handling projects for minimum 3 years that shall include quality ownership, owning project deadlines, project communication and customer satisfaction.

Graduate or Masters in IT/ Automation/ Instrumentation / Electronics / Electronics & Communication/ Electrical Engineering

Professional Skills / Knowledge required:

Indepth knowledge & experience in one or more of the following domains: Detail design engineering, Cloud and IoT related Products, Building Automation, HVAC
PLC / DDC software exposure.
Must be a good learner.
Ability to work on multiple product platforms and do multitasking.
Organized and resultdriven to ensure timely and accurate information
Must have Excellent written and verbal communication in
English and Romanian (Knowledge of Polish language will have added advantage)
Ability to deal effectively with ambiguity.
Outstanding technical skills in HVAC products and solutions of Honeywell or similar companies.
