    Description

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with internal teams to create visual designs for digital platforms, including logos, websites, social media graphics, advertisements, brochures, and presentations.
    • Create original graphic designs and layouts, carefully selecting colors, images, and typefaces to achieve the desired look and feel for each project.
    • Edit and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders, ensuring that the final product meets their expectations and objectives.
    • Ensure all designs are consistent with our brand identity and design guidelines, maintaining a cohesive visual language across all materials.
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in graphic design, continuously expanding your knowledge and sharing insights with the team.

    Key Skillsets / Requirements:

    • Previous internship or work experience in graphic design, supported by a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital and print design.
    • A robust portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work, highlighting your creativity, technical skills, and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or other graphic design software, with the ability to produce high-quality designs efficiently.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and solutions effectively to stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to evolving project requirements.
    • Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines consistently.
    • Experience in creating designs for both digital and print materials, with a keen understanding of the unique requirements and constraints of each medium.
    • A formal degree in design, graphic design, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
