Job Description:


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for USAID and other key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and engagement.
  • Demonstrate broad management and team building experience, along with deep technical knowledge of monitoring, knowledge management, and learning activities. Oversee the establishment and management of a knowledgesharing platform as the overall director of knowledge management. Strengthen learning and adaptive management among key stakeholders, including USAID/India staff, local partners, and the Government. Provide technical guidance and program management to ensure exceptional project delivery in alignment with work plans and USAID requirements. Oversee all technical and managerial aspects of the project, including the design, development, and implementation of learning activities. Minimum 15+ for chief of party and 10+ for deputy chief of party years of experience in a senior management role or as Team lead on a large integrated service delivery project in India and/or Southeast Asia, preferably with experience related to Multilateral/Bilateral or USAID and/or Public Health programs in India.
