Job Description :
Receptionist and Admin.
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- Answering the switchboard/Phone calls, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.
- Receiving and sorting daily mail/deliveries/couriers.
- Maintaining records of digital hard drives of films which are coming in and going out.
- Maintaining safe and clean reception area with the help of Housekeeping staff.
- Looking after the assignment assigned by the head of the company with regards to his Hotel table reservation, arranging hotel stays if needed when he is out on business trips.
- Arranging meetings of clients with the owner, making sure the guests are provided with refreshments and snacks with the help of housekeeping staff.
- Looking after the décor of the office, making sure the conference is specifically looked after before the start of any business meetings.
- Looking after the administration activities of the company, making sure of the housekeeping, stationary stock is replenished time to time.
- Performing other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, etc.

₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
