Role:
Intern-Information Security Compliance**
Location: Bangalore

Duration:
Minimum 6 months

Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and implementation of security policies and procedures.
Assist in doing risk assessment and privacy impact assessment
Assist in security incident response, client RFPs and third party risk assessment
Participate in security awareness training and education programs.
Collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with standard, contractual and legal security and privacy requirements.
Assist in internal and external audits
Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
Assist in review of cloud security posture
Assist in review of IT and network security posture

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled or holding a degree in a bachelor's or master's degree program in cybersecurity, computer science, or a related field.
Basic understanding of cybersecurity and privacy principles and practices.
Basic understanding of ISO 27001 and SOC
Basic understanding of GDPR
Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Relevant certifications, such as CISA, CompTIA Security+ or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Associate, CEH, OSCP are a plus.
A Desire to learn and to share knowledge.
