He/She will be responsible for making and receiving outbound/inbound calls- Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Following the provided "scripts" when handling different topics
- Will strive towards going beyond the assigned target and achieve best possible conversion rate
- Build sustainable relationships and engage prospects by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our CRM Database by documenting everything
Requirement
- Exceptional interpersonal, Sales, problemsolving, verbal communication Skills
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively
Educational Qualification Requirement
- Open to 10+2 Grade Passouts
- Preferred Graduate in any stream
Desired Experience
- Open to freshers with exceptional communication skills
- Minimum 6 month international voice experience
- Prior experience is definitely a PLUS
