Job Overview:

Place called 2morrow an urban design, architecture & interior design studio is seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join its dynamic team as a Junior Architect with a strong focus on architectural design.

Responsibilities:

• Architectural Design
• Contribute to the conceptualisation and development of architectural designs.
• Collaborate with senior architects to translate design concepts into tangible

plans and drawings.

• Generate 2D and 3D visualisations to communicate design ideas effectively.

Project Development:

• Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including drawings,

specifications, and design presentations.

• Conduct research on materials, building codes, and regulations to inform

design decisions.

• Work closely with project teams to ensure design intent is maintained

throughout all project phases.

Technical Proficiency:

• Utilise industrystandard software tools for drafting, modelling, and rendering (e.g., AutoCAD, IIA cad, SketchUp, Lumion, Affinity suite & alike).
• Develop a strong understanding of building systems & construction techniques.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Foster effective communication within the team to ensure a cohesive and

integrated design approach.

• Participate in project meetings, providing input and collaborating on design

solutions.

• Engage in constructive critique sessions to refine and improve design

concepts.

Continuous Learning:

• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in architectural design.
• Proactively seek opportunities for professional development and training.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture ( B.Arch) from an accredited institution.
• Diploma in architecture (D.Arch)
• Strong portfolio showcasing design capabilities and projects worked on during

academic studies or professional experience.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD & SketchUp.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic knowledge of building codes and regulations.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to a collaborative design environment.
