Digital Marketing Counsellor

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students, providing comprehensive guidance and support throughout the enrolment process.
Conduct oneonone counselling sessions to understand students' educational goals, career aspirations, and their fit within our digital marketing programs.
Advise students on program offerings, curriculum, course details, and career prospects to help them make informed decisions.
Develop a deep understanding of our digital marketing courses and stay updated with industry trends to effectively address student queries.
Coordinate batch scheduling, ensuring optimal utilisation of resources and maintaining a balanced studenttofaculty ratio.
Conduct followup activities with prospective students to ensure their needs are met, answer any additional questions, and address concerns.
Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to develop counselling materials, brochures, FAQs, and other resources.
Track and maintain accurate records of student interactions, enrolment status, and relevant information using our CRM system.
Attend education fairs, conferences, and other events to represent the institute and provide counselling services onsite.
Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in digital marketing to provide relevant insights and recommendations to students.
Collaborate with faculty members to identify and address areas where additional counselling support may be required.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Counsellor or in a similar student counselling role.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts and industry trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with and understand students from diverse backgrounds.
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise responsibilities.
Familiarity with CRM systems or student management software is preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
Empathetic and patient approach towards student counselling, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust.
Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to provide solutions tailored to individual student needs.
Experience in the field of education or digital marketing is a plus.

Salary:
₹200, ₹400,000.00 per year
