Required Skills/Abilities:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in study abroad counseling or related fields.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customerfocused and dedicated to student success.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- A passion for helping students achieve their study abroad dreams.
- Assessing student profile and counselling students on country procedures, course requirements as well as suggesting suitable courses
- Handling inbound, outbound calls and attending walkin clients to ensure maximum conversion
- Staying up to date with universities, courses, entry requirements, scholarships etc.
- Attending university training and webinars
- Meeting monthly, quarterly and yearly targets
- Conducting webinars and small sessions to prospective students for increasing sales
- Creating reports, analyzing, interpreting and presenting data Working with clients
- Monitoring customer and client satisfaction
- Managing customer complaints and resolving their issues
