Coordinate PPAP sample inspection and internal manufacturingand engineering validation at supplier end Drawing reviewfeasilibility and process mapping of development parts Responsibleto work with suppliers on quality issues to make sure thecontainment action in place to avoid production disruption FirstTime right development of parts as per project timeline PrepareFMEA Control Plans conduct Process Audits & QMS audit atSupplier End Interpret engineering drawings to Suppliers &stakeholders Handle and resolve issues in coordination with designproduction Dept and procurement dept.

Co Ordinating with PlantQuality. Knowledge of VAVE Kaizen POKA YOKE & 5S carries addedadvantage. Responsible to work with Supplier & audit for DOLprocess as per DOL Policy
