Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy, aligning with the company's goals
  • Manage and oversee social media content to ensure it is in line with the company's brand voice
  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries promptly, and monitor customer reviews
  • Oversee social media accounts' design (e.g., Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, etc.)
  • Understand and interpret social media metrics, translating analytical data into actionable strategies
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams for brand consistency
  • Stay updated with the latest digital technologies and social media trends to maximize visibility and reach
  • Work with copywriters and designers for highquality text and graphics
  • Monitor SEO, and user engagement, suggest content optimization, and ensure brand consistency
  • Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness
  • Coordinate with Marketing, PR, and Communications teams to align strategies
  • Liaise with Sales departments to stay updated on new products and features
  • Adhere to rules and regulations regarding copyright and online sharing
  • Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, such as promotions and competitions
  • Ensure social media channels are fully integrated with all other marketing activities of the company

Requirements:


  • Proven 12 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
  • Excellent knowledge and expertise in multiple social media platforms
  • Indepth understanding of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics
  • Familiarity with web design, publishing, and online marketing
  • Knowledge and direct experience using social media management tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Outstanding customer service skills


The role of a Social Media Manager at Autoom Studio OPC Pvt Ltd will combine marketing and social media management to enhance the company's social voice and presence.
