Proposal Writer

S3Connections Pvt Ltd is looking for an exceptional Proposal Writer with experience in US Staffing Companies for our Leading Client in USA


Responsibilities:


  • Content Library Management: Lead the development and maintenance of a comprehensive content library, including proposal templates, case studies, success stories, and other relevant materials. Ensure content is organized, uptodate, and readily accessible for use in proposal development.
  • Proposal Writing and Design: Develop wellcrafted and persuasive proposal content that addresses client needs, meets RFP requirements, and effectively communicates our organization's value proposition. Create visually appealing proposal layouts, utilizing graphics, charts, and other visual elements to enhance the overall presentation.
  • Pitch Deck Development: Utilize tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint to develop engaging content for pitch decks. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and incorporate compelling visuals that resonate with the target audience.

Marketing Team:

Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging, branding, and alignment of proposal content with overall marketing strategies.

Incorporate marketing insights and market trends into proposal development, ensuring a competitive edge.

  • Proposal Management: Act as the primary point of contact for proposal development projects, managing the proposal lifecycle, coordinating timelines, and ensuring all deadlines are met.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather required information and review and edit proposal content.

  • Quality Assurance: Conduct comprehensive reviews of proposal documents to ensure accuracy, coherence, compliance with guidelines, and overall excellence. Implement a thorough quality control process to maintain consistent and errorfree proposal content.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business Administration, English, Communications, or similar). Relevant certifications are a plus, with APMP certification highly desirable.
  • Proven experience as a lead writer or proposal manager, with a strong background in leading and managing the proposal process.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Expertise in proposal design, outlining, and development, with a keen eye for visual presentation and storytelling.
  • Strong communication, writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a focus on clarity, coherence, and persuasive writing.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with the ability to create engaging slide content for pitch decks.
  • Working knowledge of SharePoint for document organization, collaboration, and version control is highly preferred.
  • Prior experience in the healthcare or labor management industry is highly preferred.
  • APMP certifications are considered a plus.

Salary:
₹1,000, ₹1,200,000.00 per year
