Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our agency and services
• Conduct market research and analyze data to identify opportunities for growth

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency in messaging and branding
• Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing


Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
• Proven experience as a Marketing or similar role in an ad agency
• Experience in handling clients and lead generation
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong leadership and management skills

Salary:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
