Summary:

Aiming for high quality and reliability, Levonor is currently looking for talented and dynamic team to expand its footprint in real estate market.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the principal architect to understand design concepts and project requirements.
• Coordinate and manage architectural design projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Review and interpret architectural drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
• Conduct site visits to assess construction progress, resolve designrelated issues, and provide guidance to contractors and construction teams.
• Coordinate with external consultants, such as structural engineers and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) professionals, to integrate their design requirements into the overall architectural design.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and zoning requirements.
• Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to source materials, obtain cost estimates, and evaluate alternative construction methods.
• Monitor construction budgets and timelines, and report any deviations to the principal architect and project stakeholders.
• Conduct regular meetings and maintain effective communication with the principal architect, project team members, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior architects and other team members.
• Stay updated with industry trends, advancements in construction technology, and regulatory changes relevant to the architectural field.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Proven experience working as an architect, preferably in residential or commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, construction techniques, and building codes.
• Proficiency in architectural software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with the principal architect, project team members, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality work.
• Willingness to travel and conduct site visits as required.
• Familiarity with sustainable design practices and LEED certification is a plus.
• Membership in a relevant professional organization or association is desirable.
