Job Location:
Goregaon, Mumbai, India


As Sales Support Coordinator Voyage Services you will focus on these responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Customer Satisfaction
  • Maintain daytoday contact with customers, building strong relationships with key stakeholders through the phone
  • Handling customer inquiries, orders, and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner,
  • Answer requests and send sales information to customers (e.g. lead times, product information)
  • Work in Tender
- and Capture teams, ensuring timely and correct Bid preparation and tender submission,

  • Update relevant customer (account) and Opportunity Information in CRM
  • Compile customer quotes for transactional Sales and where relevant for projects
  • Confirmation of Customer Orders Received (PO)
  • Support in the preparation of tender submission documents
  • Meet specific
- and team performance targets.

  • Balance capacity and manage priorities in the global Sales Support Team
  • Secure process quality and Business Governance practices
  • Assist the credit control team with the collection.
  • Collect and share relevant market intelligence and competitor information.
  • Support in sales (marketing) related campaigns

Qualification & Experience requirement:


  • Any graduate with 15 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in interaction with external stakeholders confidently
  • Excellent English communication skills

  • Teamwork Skills
