Description

• Follow up payments with various departments in the Indian Railways and other customers.
• Maintaining record of payments received, generating reports.
• Maintaining and executing paperwork related to contracts, insurance, banks, employees, office work, etc.
• Should have knowledge about billing and payment processes, taxation etc.
• Willingness to travel about 10 days in a month.
• Proficient in use of Microsoft Office, Google Docs and day to day computer functionalities.
• Willingness to take ownership of tasks assigned, be proactive about learning and taking ownership of responsibilities.
• Basic understanding of Sales/AMC processes.
• Written and Verbal proficiency in English.
• Basic understanding of at least 2 languages other than English.
