Overview:

As a Graphic Designer within the advertising agency and business and healthcare magazine, you'll be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that align with brand identities and marketing objectives.

Your role involves conceptualizing and producing high-quality visual content for both digital and print platforms.


Key Responsibilities:

Design Creation:

• Develop creative concepts, graphics, and layouts for various marketing materials including advertisements, brochures, social media content, and magazine layouts.
• Produce visually engaging designs that resonate with the target audience and adhere to brand guidelines.

Adobe Suite and CorelDRAW Proficiency:

• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and CorelDRAW to create and manipulate graphics, illustrations, and layouts.
• Maintain proficiency in these software tools to efficiently execute design projects.

Collaboration and Ideation:

• Work closely with the marketing team, content creators, and clients to understand design requirements and project objectives.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative design concepts and solutions.

Print and Digital Design:

• Create designs optimized for both print and digital mediums, ensuring compatibility and highquality output across different formats.

Brand Consistency:

• Ensure consistency in design elements, color schemes, typography, and overall visual identity across various marketing materials.
• Adhere to brand guidelines and maintain the brand's visual integrity in all designs.

Deadline Management:

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to project timelines and deadlines.
• Demonstrate efficiency and adaptability in a fastpaced environment.

Adaptability and Feedback Incorporation:

• Accept feedback and make necessary adjustments to designs based on client or team input.
• Remain adaptable to changing project requirements and design revisions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and CorelDRAW.
• Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, demonstrating creativity and technical skills.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
• Prior experience in an advertising agency or magazine publication is a plus.
