**Job Responsibilities:- **
Qualified Accountant with Bcom with 5 to 7 years of experience working in Internal Audit department and a Construction Industry with following Job Description:
- Verification of contractor's running & final bills as per contract condition.
- Reconciliation of total Quantity received from the client and total quantity paid to the subcontractors.
- Preparing reconciliation statement of subcontractors.
- Coordination with site Q.S
- Inventory management
- Preparation of Stock Transfer Note
- Preparation of wastage analysis report
- Analysis of budget
- Keeping track record on advance given to subcontractor
- Site visits
- Physically verifying the stock, watchman/timekeeper report, Goods receipt note, stock transfer note during the time of site visit.
- Preparation of audit report after every site visit.
- Monitoring the ledger account balance before giving the advance to subcontractors.
- Work order approval
Salary:
₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Fixed shift
Experience:
- total work: 5 years (preferred)
Willingness to travel:
- 50% (preferred)
